Do not buy a Groupon from this lady. She’s operating out of the Tigers den salon and she does not have an occupational or business license for either of these businesses. She is ripping people off, she is rude on the phone and hangs up on you if she even answers the phone, and she doesn’t show up for appointments when you do once you figure out that she’s operating out of the back of the Tigers den salon. Beware if you purchase a groupon for this company, they will not honor it on weekends. This is not stated on the groupon description. The lady was very unresponsive, taking days to return calls, and her customer service was greatly lacking. Don't offer your service at a discount through groupon unless you are willing to provide the service for the deal you agreed to! Bad business, I waited 3 months for appointment as she only schedules so many groupon per week and only at certain times. They canceled my appointment day of and said she would call me next day to reschedule. A week later after not hearing back, I reached out. She said she couldn't talk and sent me random appointments without confirming times. When I text I can't make that day/time she states she will call me back and never did. This place truly does not deserve even one star. Poor customer service, overbooking (unapologetically so), and feckless staff. I purchased a groupon massage for my husband as a birthday gift. He works a lot of long, grueling hours with very few days off. He booked his massage and was looking forward to it on one of his days off. He showed up for his appointment. We did the salt cove with a groupon. It's a very small room not much salt, from the other rooms I've seen pictures of this is a cheap knockoff at best, while Shirley was very nice I won't be back. This is the salt that was on the floor well it was actually rocks but okay. They pumped in breathable salt supposably.
