Alex is amazing how she has helped me with my posture! Her training she has taken is way beyond regular massage, so much better!
Alex is great! I started seeing her for an unresolved back issue stemming from an injury that occurred a few years ago. It took a few visits, but she was able to drastically improve my condition and improve my quality of life significantly. I can't recommend her enough!

It will help relieve you of any pain, tension and imbalances that you may have, and also helps provide long-term corrective changes in your body’s posture and function. Alex provides an incredible service and great approach to holistic health in your body. Alex is amazing. I have struggled with posture from middle school through 55 years old and worried about my older years. She under-promised and over-delivered on results. I am able to do yoga positions that have always been unavailable to me. My fiance has noticed that I am more prone in my posture. In addition to the physical improvements, Alex is a present and conscious person who is so enjoyable to converse with during treatment.
