Everyone is so kind and caring, even the front desk. They are very quick to get you in and out and not waiting. Most Dr offices make you wait for hours to be seen but not here. I love you don't have to wait. Megan Anderson is the best and listens to what you have to say. She doesn't hurry you but will get you on your way as quickly as possible. I am only there 10-20 minutes max.
The doctor was extremely nice and understanding. He took his time and didn’t rush me out. The staff were very friendly. It’s the best pain management place I’ve ever been to!!! :)
Very friendly and very helpful
My experience at this place was extremely disappointing. I’m sure not every nurse here is bad, but my luck has been dealing with the snippy ones. I want to share exactly what happened so people can decide for themselves. During my visit, my phone rang. Out of respect for the other patients, I stepped outside so I wouldn’t disturb anyone. A nurse then came out to me with the snippiest, most unprofessional attitude, saying, “I’m not going to be staying here chasing you all day.” The crazy part is—I wasn’t even far.
