Disappointing that you don't see patients without private health insurance
I’m so grateful for Dr Dotchin, he is so caring & thorough with explaining the procedure I’m having done, since having all my treatments done for my chronic lower back pain, which I’ve been suffering for so many years now, I honestly couldn’t be happier, I’ve forgotten what it was like to cough, sneeze & laugh without excruciating back pain, thank you soooo much Dr Dotchin you’re amazing
The last four years have been, well a 'pain in the back'. Triple laminectomy in 2024 and in March 2025 a lumbar fusion. Experienced pain at chronic levels post surgery, not unusual, particularly for my spine which thinks its 150 years old. Neurosurgeon referred me to Leigh Dotchin of the Pain Doctors. This won't be the same for everyone, had a consultation with Leigh on a Sunday, and on the following Wednesday underwent a nerve ablation and injections of a mix of steroids, anti-inflammatory etc medication. Dr Dotchin is an absolute angel I’ve been in treatment only for a couple of months but he has made such a massive difference to my chronic pain. Don’t know what I would have done without him. He is so compassionate and understanding. Excellent bedside manner and a true healer. Would highly recommend him and dr Espinet who is also so lovely. Thank you for understanding pain and the journey to healing.
