I try to be fair in my assessment of anyone I deal with. This pain management provider office staff have poor interoffice and patient communication skills. I had back surgery in late February and with my increasing pain I required a new approach to finding how to control my back and nerve pain. The office staff that answered the phone would never relay correct information from the doctor or the physician assistants. No one is perfect so I try to give grace on the first couple of bad experiences. Today is the third time I have had a terrible experience with this office and this Doctor. I have been in treatment with another Dr. for some time, his bedside manners and options were not good so I asked around, someone recommended this Dr. I should have read the reviews and its partially my fault, had i read them, I would not be here today. Great experience. Love Dr Thompson and her staff. Very supportive and responsive! Fixed my back now working on another issue on the list.. stays with you till the job is done!

I really admire the staff at the pain center. I have been a patient for several years now. If it wasn't for Dr. Thompson and her staff I would have been in life ending pain. I'm still having pain but it's more manageable than before when I didn't have a pain pump. They have truly helped me survive and manage my pain goals.
