I went to Dr Thompson for many years (23) and she and her staff were fantastic. She cared about me as a patent and always did everything to try to keep me pain free. I had to change providers due to my insurance. I would highly recommend them.

Been at this place for years and I have been mistreated several times, but today takes the cake. My appointment was 12 days ago. Pharmacy still doesn't have the prescription for me. I have called the clinic 7 times today, as I keep being bold faced lied to. No one there cares about the patient. I am done.

I thought Leanne was the only competent person and she probably quit because the rest of The Pain Center Boise, including Dr. Sandra Thompson, are completely incompetent, negligent, and sadistic. They ignored years of severe pain, kept me on pitiful opioid doses for over 5 years, Dr. T herself gaslit me saying I shouldn't be in the pain I am in totally ignoring the severe arsenic, lead, antimony poisoning etc (6 total) plus fibromyalgia and ehlers danlos type 3; they also failed to document anything I reported, including abu... read more

I try to be fair in my assessment of anyone I deal with. This pain management provider office staff have poor interoffice and patient communication skills. I had back surgery in late February and with my increasing pain I required a new approach to finding how to control my back and nerve pain. The office staff that answered the phone would never relay correct information from the doctor or the physician assistants.
