Chef Natalie and her team were amazing! The paellas and tapas were delicious and the service perfect! They came to my place for my birthday and all the guests were amazed by everything, I only had compliments! Definitely recommend the catering service!

Went here last Friday drove over 50 miles cuz my husband really wanted to try it but we couldn't. Didn't said anywhere that it's inside the Coraloense place. So took us a bit to find. Said it was opened but actually wasn't we even waited a few minutes and we called the number and no one answered. It's a bummer we couldn't try.

I'm from Valencia and this is the best paella in all of California and probably in the entire USA. I've tried many here and none of them are even close. They make the Valencian one with ingredients that Americans like more, but I ordered it as is in Valencia, which is what my wife and I like. I changed the pork for the rabbit and told him to use few vegetables and to add snails. She was perfect! There are many places in Valencia that are worse than this. a 10!
