the staff are less than helpful and feel the need to abuse customers on social media when , heaven forbid , they have a different opinion. Also not very willing to order something for you. I was told what they have is what they have. I'll shop online . Rudesr customer service ever .

I was a first time shopper at the paddock, and bran new to the equestrian, jumping world :) I had the best experience last week , the super friendly sales associate ALLIE , was the best she took me through everything I needed to know and helped me with pants and boots and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.
I was interested in purchasing a special Breyer horse for my collection, and do not have a local store that carries them. The Paddock messaged me when he came in, and shipped him to me in South Dakota. Excellent pricing, quick shipping and wonderful communication.
Really nice selection of English tack and apparel. And very friendly!
Got to the store 30 minutes before closing to grab a shirt for a show tomorrow. The doors were locked and when the people in the store saw we were trying to come in they hid. It was a convenient local option but won't be back.
