Just picked up my 16' truck for a 1-way move to Austin, Texas. The owner was very helpful and got me a truck despite an issue with the parent company not communicating properly with him about my reservation. I've always used U-Haul for previous moves, but recently had a problem with them not having the truck i had reserved or a dolly which made my moving plans impossible and offered no help causing me to have to reschedule my move and costing me a good deal extra, as well as wasting my time. Today, I received the third shipment that I had The Packaging Store ship to me within the last year. The Packaging Store had to retrieve my taxidermy mounts from the vendors and then package and ship the mounts to me in Montana. Taxidermy mounts are VERY hard to package and ship without some sort of damage. However, Chris Butler at The Packaging Store made sure that the shipments were all safeguarded against any damage; and all three shipments arrived at my house in spectacular shape. Very happy with The Packaging Store! They picked up my auction items and sent it quickly. I had awkward items to mail including heavy metal and glass. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I know who I'll be using again in the future.
