The Pack CrossFit is full of caring and knowledgeable coaches and amazing members who want to help make one another versions of their best selves. Camie Ward is an amazing coach because she knows her athletes, asks questions if she needs more information on how you are feeling that day or how the modifications feel that she helps you with. She ensures you are heard and has a wonderful way of building relationships with her gym members.
I am so glad I was convinced to try out The Pack, I’m only a few weeks in and I absolutely love it. I went in with no prior CrossFit experience so I was very nervous, but EVERYONE has been so kind, welcoming and motivating! The coaches are top notch and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend The Pack, even for newbies like me! You won’t regret it!
