Ernesto and his employee really took care of me. Came in half hour till close on a Sunday, stayed past closing to put four tires on. Really standup guy. I’ve had other tire shops change price on me, or get a bad attitude. But this guy is honest and busts his ass. Good clean work, my big tires were balanced really well, no counterbalance.
Real stand up, honest guy. Went in to have a plug double checked, he ended up calling his brother to bring over a 🛞 which happened within the 10 minutes it took me to take out cash, and he provided me with a new patch, new wheel and tire (for a spare) within an hour all for $80. Watched him patch and he did it propppper by the book! Didn’t just okay my plug or replace it the quick way, which he easily could have for the price. Owner is very honest and hardworking. The prices are great for new tires. He does a good job balancing the tires too.
I was the first customer for this shop. Gentleman who was there, can't remember his name said he just moved to this location. Gentleman was super nice!! I was traveling back to Oakland California from muskogee oklahoma when I stopped to grab a bite at what whataburger, I noticed that my tire was bad when I looked around and saw another tire(Menaul tire) place across the street after going there and getting attitude from the employees at that place, I went to pacific tire and was so glad that I didn't put up with those employ... read more
I can't recommend this tire shop enough! Ernesto's honesty and expertise truly set this place apart. When I came in needing a tire replacement before a 600-mile trip, I expected a quick sale. Instead, Ernesto took the time to educate me about how important is matching tire tread patterns for vehicle performance and safety. Rather than selling me one of his tires (which he had in stock and were suitable for my car), Ernesto advised me to go to Walmart to find a tire with the exact same tread pattern as my existing ones.
