Jason and his team of professionals delivered fantastic work and service. After living with a crappy finish on the hard wood floors for so long, we wondered why we had put up with that. When we saw the finished work, we truly stepped back and wondered if we were at the right home. Huge thanks and gratitude to Jason, Claudia, and Brandon for the parts you all contributed. PNW Flooring did an amazing job on our kitchen backsplash. We have worked with a number of contractors through the years and working with Jason on our kitchen was seamless. Highly recommended.
They did an amazing job installing flooring throughout my home. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.
They did an ok job. The installation was pretty good, but there were some issues with gaps and flooring not lining up properly. The stair lips installed had major gaps and were very loose, some areas of the floor where baseboards were not going, for example against masonry like a fireplace, there were major gaps left. They also didn’t finish the job. I had to ask for a couple months for them to come back to finish, they finally came back but didn’t fully finish, said they’d come back again and still haven’t shown up to finis... read more
