If I could leave 10 stars, I would. We stayed here in one of the bungalows last night. The Pacific is one of those places that will stick with me forever. The entire experience - from the drive in, to the gorgeous exterior, to the amazing and relaxing room, to the not too soft/not too hard bed, to the kitschy bar, to the old restored dairy van for serving guests, to the friendly service of the staff and owner — it was all impeccable. It’s a clean motel, location is nice, quiet safe neighborhood. Rooms are clean. No body lotion for some reason, no water included with the room, was a problem as we arrived late. Tried to charge us a pet fee of over 120$ for 1 night, but luckily my dog is a service animal in the end. Fire pit was not working already when we arrived at 9 pm so we couldn’t see it, strange to me that fire pit wouldn’t work when it’s destined to be used - in the evening. We stayed here for our wedding weekend in August and had probably 10 other rooms booked for family and guests and it was the best time!! So fun to have everyone together, everyone raved about the upgraded motel. Such cute gift items in the lobby. The gal at the front desk was amazing, she helped with placing gifts in the rooms & serving us drinks at the Salty Tiger. I can’t say enough great things about The Pacific Motel! From the moment we arrived everything felt peaceful, clean and beautifully designed. Our room was bright and cozy with so many thoughtful details, they’ve put a lot of care into making it special. A huge shout out to Anna, Lori, Krista, Lacie and Ali each one of them so kind, welcoming and helpful. They made of feel completely at home. We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay, but had to cancel the trip due to illness. The cancellation window was 72 hrs and we cancelled 3 days before the trip. Apparently the hotel charges full amount as soon as it turns 0:00 on that 3 day window. We contacted the hotel explaining our situation and our plans to visit the property in the coming weeks.
