I love the rings that they create, especially the ring I was able to purchase. There was a little mix up and so the company helped me right away! They have awesome customer service and know they take care of their customers and make sure they are satisfied with the product. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE my ring from the pacific jewel co!! I received it less than a week after ordering, and in perfect condition. I ordered the aquamarine ring and it is sooo perfect! Definitely would order from them again because their gems are gorgeous and they have GREAT customer service!

The customer service was great. They helped me find the perfect size by showing me how to measure with a string, and they explained to me what the different types of band options meant. The ring is even more amazing: clean cut, perfect size, durable, and still shiny after 2 months of wearing it! It is the perfect addition to any outfit. I never take it off!
