I highly recommend this local gem of a gym! Such a great space, with friendly motivated trainers and so many training and workout options to choose from!
You cannot go wrong at The Pacific! I have been a member since the Winter Grind challenge and Lucy made me feel so welcome and the gym has a warm buzz around it. Now I get even more excited to go to classes every week!!
Trin was a great trainer and Lucy was super welcoming and super informative about the selection of classes.
Really enjoyed the session. Great exercises and encouragement. Very nice facility as well. Keen for the next session!
Ross’s pilates is great, he is calm and friendly. The movements throughout the class were slow and tough, could really feel it working.
