Suddenly having to find a new provider for my homeowners insurance was a stressful time. The Pacheco Agency rep was helpful and knew his stuff, greatly easing the process. Something that was fast becoming a hassle was solved with a couple phone calls and at a good price. I'd recommend this agency whole-heartedly.
I would not recommend the Pacheco Agency for insurance in CO. Nick and his team increased our home insurance by 40%+ despite no change in coverage. When asked for an explanation he cited “solvency” and “market factors” via email but needed 3 days advance notice and an appointment to discuss over the phone. I view this behavior as predatory and when I shopped around I found their pricing was not nearly competitive to the market.
