Nice place to live and very spacious apartments especially the closets! Jennifer and Kimani are always very welcoming and professional! Mary is nice too. Their customer service is so genuine and personable . I would give 5 stars however the property manager is extremely difficult to contact as his door is constantly closed when I need to speak him directly leaving his team to constantly leave unreturned messages… the other manager can only do but so much in his scope . New tenant here! Everything is smooth so far. My move in went awesome! Thanks to all the agents and managers that helped with all my questions along the way. Special thanks to my specific leasing agent Jennifer! P.S Big fan of the kitchen lay out, huge pantry and soft closed doors.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! Matt, Jennifer, and Kimani are super awesome and incredibly helpful. Any questions I’ve had they’ve answered promptly and they’re so friendly. The community events are so cute and really well planned. The community is really safe and well kept. The maintenance team is fantastic and always responds promptly to any maintenance concern. I would definitely recommend living here!
The move in process was great, people were easy to contact and they were very kind. However my issues arise as I am in the 4th month living here and some things are just NOT getting fixed. We have seen SILVERFISH in our apartment every week, atleast 5 a week. We keep a clean apartment yet they still show up. I do not like bugs. We have had the pest people come spray atleast 7 times and put down poison traps once. We still see them and continue to ask them to spray. Very frustrating.
