A very nice community to live in. Reasonable rent, clean environment, free gym and amenities. We have guests some times and we can host them at the facilities of this community for free with a great view of the lake and swimming pool. Jennifer, Matt, Mary and their whole team is there to help you with any questions or support you need. If you need a space to work or study away from home and also get a cup of coffee or tea downstairs, they also have that facility, well of course that is also free 😀.
My mom had a great experience living here! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are always clean and well maintained, and the resident events are some of the best around. Matthew went above and beyond for my mom and Robert, Mary, Jenn, and Kimani do a phenomenal job and truly care about the community and residents. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. By far one of the best places to live in Wake Forest! I would definitely recommend The Pace to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I LOVE THE PACE!!! I just moved in with a couple of my friends back in april! it’s my first apartment and i’m kinda mad because all of the other future places i live just won’t be able to top it!!! i’ve participated in a few activities they have for the residents like poolside yoga and it was so fun to see all my other neighbors!! they’re super inclusive and Jennifer especially was so kind with all of my silly questions as a first time renter!! i HIGHLY recommend the pace to anyone who asks!!! my kitties love looking out the... read more
My child and I relocated to the area, and choosing this community as our new home has been a great experience almost 6 months now. Everyone has been welcoming, the community is nice, and the staff has been friendly and helpful. We especially enjoy the monthly community activities—they’re a great way to get out, have fun, and meet other residents. Relocating can be a big adjustment, but we’ve really enjoyed settling in here and are happy to call this place home! Plus we’re close to a lot of things
