All around great staff, Jennifer and Kimani helped me with everything and made my transition to the pace smooth as possible! I’ve had such a great experience so far and truly appreciate how welcoming and helpful everyone has been. one of the best experience here and I can’t wait to enjoy my new home!
The pace is a great place to live!! I love the community, amenities, and the staff. It is in the perfect location and is filled with wonderful people!

The apartments: This community is everything I was looking for and more. The layout is spacious and bright with tons of natural light, modern finishes, and a spotless, move-in ready feel. The kitchen is gorgeous with plenty of counter space, the closets are huge, and you can tell the unit is really well-maintained.
