i have used Jansen Group many times for many cases over the years. always professional, receptive to both attorneys and clients as well. truly, the best arb and mediation outfit in the businesss. also the judges they have are outstanding and experienced.
The mediation on behalf of my client which was arranged with State Farm was a complete rip off of time and money. I would not have prepared a mediation brief for the amount that was offered nor would I have agreed to mediate had I known that the carrier was not engaging in good faith negotiations. An honest mediator would have called the carrier on their position but instead they just took the money and ran.
