I went to Ozoned in Lakeview after a friend highly recommended Jenna to me. I had no idea what to expect. I made an appointment with her and she took the time to explain how she would tackle my concerns. She was extremely thorough and informative. It has now been a little over a week since my visit and I could not happier with my results. I had an amazing experience with Bianca today. I got the dermaplaning facial with an add on lipid mask. It exceeded my expectations tenfold. She was extremely knowledgeable and I feel like I got great advice for being a beginner looking to better my skin's health.
