Today I arrived with my kiddos 4 and 1 who have swam a few times and played basketball all without ever being asked to pay. Today we were told we needed to pay $16 to go to the pool. I asked if today we could pay for just the four year old since we already had plans. I asked to speak to a manager and coral denied us access. We will not be back nor recommending this gym. Good work out equipment
While my grandsons were swimming the life guards were ridiculous, they kept getting on to them just because they were playing. Isn’t that what they are supposed to do? Then when we were done swimming, I went in to use the changing room and was told I could not use it due to a group of kids coming in to use them. I had to use the toilet stall and was done changing before they even came in. When you pay a membership, which is not cheep, you should be able to use the changing room, not the toilet stall.
