A member for 10 years. Facility is kept to a consistently high standard. Clean, spacious and organised. Coaching staff are encouraging, supportive and acutely aware that good form ensures injury free bodies long term. Great vibe .. very welcoming. Their knowledge base in terms of nutrition, movement and coaching is to a high standard. We are in capable hands. Great to have a trusted CrossFit Community in COLLINGWOOD.
Best box I’ve been! Coaches are top notch, always keen to give advice and answer any questions. The programming is very well structured with different micro and macro cycles and the box is well maintained! If you are serious about wanting to get fit, this is the place!
