Would not recommend. Submitted order for next day delivery. Paid $100. Ordered in a Friday for a Saturday delivery for my friend who losses a loved one. Flowers were not delivered on Saturday so I had to call them on Monday. I was promised that my order would go out that day. Had to call back at 4:30pm to confirm order was delivered. They have always made for me beautiful arrangements great prices really nice folks.
I called fifteen minutes before closing. I was calling from the west coast. The woman who took my transaction was very cordial. I gave her a budget and a loose guide for the arrangement. She took emails from me for two separate greeting cards, no extra charge. The recipient could not be happier. Thank you.
It's OK. Prices a little high though.
The owls nest is a great place to order any arrangement,from a small bouquet for any occasion to big casket sprays and silks they have always done a phenomenal job and have always done my orders with a timely professional manner,the staff always treats me with a small town "you're family" manner and I will always take my business to them! Thank you owls nest for truly bringing a good name to small businesses and York county!!
