Update: After their response to my comment was just posted I checked my credit card statement, and received a refund on January 27th 2026, a month after my delivery date and just after my review was posted. I never received any additional emails or phone calls as they stated. . I've ordered from Owls Nest before with no issues, but the latest order has been the biggest disappointment. Basic. Some of the petals were wilted, brown, blooms drooping and several blooms either cut or broken off.
I ordered flowers for my sisters birthdayy to be delivered on 2nd of January, which did not arrive until today. They ignored my email from 3rd of January and I assume they flagged it as spam because I can't send them any more emails. I live in Germany, so I had no other option to contact the florist anymore.
