It was my first set of documents related to a will and the process was done well and quickly. The whole staff was very professional and made it easy for me. I would highly recommend them.
Very knowledgeable and very helpful law firm they are handling a suite involving a customer that refused to pay after hurricane barrel restoration services a customer was very happy all the way until they got the invoice even though their insurance company paid them for my services we had to hire an attorney because the invoice amount exceeded small claims limitations so far very happy with this firm
Unresponsive and dragging out our case. I do not recommend this firm or Britt! We been in a custody case for months. He doesn’t respond to emails or call. He has delayed our case because he is “busy.” Receptionist missed emails we sent about mediation dates and completely delayed us even more. DO NOT USE!!!
The receptionist is one of the BEST I have ever worked with. The attorney was absolutely one of the best researchers I have ever dealt with. They are fast, which might make people think that they are not attentive enough, but they have your best interests in mind. I have sent them two other customers with 100% success rates.
Nobody is calling a lawyer because they’re in a good place in life. The receptionist was incredibly rude and insensitive, and spoke down to me as though I did not know what I was talking about when I asked for more information about a consultation. She told me the consultation would be with her, even though she was not a lawyer, and I think she has the ideas of what a consultation is versus a screening confused. She clearly hates her job and could use a vacation and some sensitivity training.
