My experience with Jake Viverette has been disappointing. Very upset with this company. When i first moved in there were huge Roaches in every single room dead. There was also huge gaps in the bedroom floors where anything could crawl through. There was also snakes jumping in and out of the bushes in the front yard. There was also a problem with the gas line. They sent a company out and they said there was no issue so the city came out and said there was a smell of gas. Edit: After submitting a complaint to the BBB, I got my security deposit refunded to me. It's insane that it had to get to that point instead of them actually working with me. Especially since I had documented proof that the property was damage prior to us moving in. Avoid leasing property from them at all costs. It's not worth the stress. Absolutely TERRIBLE company with TERRIBLE employees.
