Edit: After submitting a complaint to the BBB, I got my security deposit refunded to me. It's insane that it had to get to that point instead of them actually working with me. Especially since I had documented proof that the property was damage prior to us moving in. Avoid leasing property from them at all costs. It's not worth the stress.
