I have looked into this matter and want to respond to the accusations. I have looked in our property management system and there was is only one work order showing related to the unit that ************** resides in. That work order came from a call to our office from ************** and was created by our scheduler on 6/24/24 for a "flooring that is coming up in the living room". On 6/25/24, one of our maintenance technicians went to the property and re-glued that portion of the floor. There are no other work orders or noted ... read more
****************** is not a good place to have an apartment. The Overton Group recently had my vehicle towed because I parked in a spot with a "no parking" sign because there were no parking spaces available when I got off work. I was not warned or informed about my car being towed. It is sad that The Overton Group will let people with no parking passes park and not get towed but I get towed because I can not get a spot where I pay rent.
