My experience with Jake Viverette has been disappointing. He initially advertised a property at $11,000/month, but upon further inquiry, the price—before TICAM—had increased by 19.2% to $13,111/month, and with TICAM, it totaled $14,700/month. Very upset with this company. When i first moved in there were huge Roaches in every single room dead. There was also huge gaps in the bedroom floors where anything could crawl through. There was also snakes jumping in and out of the bushes in the front yard. There was also a problem with the gas line. They sent a company out and they said there was no issue so the city came out and said there was a smell of gas. Now you tell me...if you had a strong smell of gas would you continue to keep the gas on? There was also a mold i... read more
