Despite the litany of scathing reviews, I moved into the Overlook at Mile High because it seemed like an economical choice. The RTD West Line was opening up and I thought I’d make it work. Yes; it’s true that the apartment you are shown is not what you receive. And yes it’s also true that there are bedbugs, and there is crime… But it’s a city. That can be managed. Over look at Mile High Apt is an amazing find .The rooms were well spaced and comfortable . The thermostat worked very well. When needed help it was provided immediately. The location was excellent. The kitchen is very good. Overall it was very comfortable. Transportation is very easy with Light Rail and Bus .Walmart , Kings sooper is just Ten to Fifteen mins drive or through Public transportation . Staying in the heart of city is always fun which I get through Over Look at Mile High Apt

Don't move here unless you like poor service and little creatures that bite – From the first month I lived here they were trying to charge me to much and that continued until the day I moved out. They never knew what they were talking about. My building was covered with little creatures that bite. I called over five times to have them come spray and after the fifth time they did. It didn't help because they didn't go away. And I had many other problems like having them come and fix my sink that was clogged and leaking everyw... read more
