Terrible warranty services!! People are excellent at talking but do nothing to fix the issues. Has taken weeks to get any answers because everyone is always on vacation I’m told. home cooling system not functioning correctly. Takes 1hour 45 minutes to cool 1 degree. Floor has multiple major high spots that cannot be repaired without extensive work. See pictures!!
We were dropped from our contract by Century Communities and our earnest money is still being withheld a week after. Look elsewhere for a home.

Not at all pleased with the warranty department or the Superintendent. Especially concerned about our signatures being forged on our final walk through papers. I love my home. My husband and I would just love for the work that should have been done in May of 2023 to actually be completed.
