I really wanted to love our new home. The bricks are breaking and falling off, the outlet on the island was wired incorrectly, and the play structure and common areas are not well maintained.

Terrible warranty services!! People are excellent at talking but do nothing to fix the issues. Has taken weeks to get any answers because everyone is always on vacation I’m told. home cooling system not functioning correctly. Takes 1hour 45 minutes to cool 1 degree. Floor has multiple major high spots that cannot be repaired without extensive work. See pictures!!
