Poorly managed , dirty, run down, loud obnoxious neighbors, open drug use, slow or no response to maintenance issues and the only thing management seems to care about is parking passes.. Not worth the price for a complex with zero amenities. To address their “canned” response to any negative reviews, I will say that I have reached out to the manager, Carrie West, with multiple voicemails and have never received a call back. Very homey! I love how nice everyone is and it is a very welcoming community.
We moved into The Overlook at Ft.Thomas in February of this year. Since moving here we have had a few minor maintenance issues that have needed resolved. They have a wonderful maintenance team that was able to provide us with the solutions we needed in a very timely manor. Ron is always a pleasure to work with as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to live!
The neighbors here in this building - 800 - are a variety of ages and ethnicities, and all are wonderful! Friendly, kind, cheerful, respectful, everyone greets me with a "hello" and "have a good day". Every person I've met has rushed to give me a hand - whether helping with my packages, helping with my husband's wheelchair, or even taking out the garbage - I've never had such wonderful neighbors. GOD bless them all.
