My wife and I were attracted to the Overlook at Creekside, a growing community in the New Brunfels area, south of Austin TX. These Centex homes are amazing, well built with lots of upgrades. What is even more impressive is the sales staff, specifically Kara Johnston. She was so helpful and spot on responsive to every question we had. We are so pleased with our community and the purchasing process was so smooth. 5 stars isn’t enough especially for the service, communication, kindness, and true knowledge that Walt Villars provided. He made sure we not only found the best home for our family, but took the time to truly understand what we wanted and helped us every step of the way. Buying a home, especially your first home, is a huge decision and if you’re looking for the right community and people to help, you’ve found it here.
Walt was great! Instead of pushing my clients to make a sale he was patient, listened and made them feel very comfortable while they saw homes with him. He also helped to make the deal even sweeter for them. Overall he was our favorite sales person out of 5 communities we visited! Hands down the best one out there! Very genuine and authentic!
