The guys at Overland Truck Garage do great work! They are very knowledgeable, and we will continue to come back for more work on our family’s 4th-gen 4Runner. They can assist with any installs and give advice for future builds and projects. They are very professional and do quality work. The best place to go in Kitsap.
This is the best off-road shop hands down. Everyone is super helpful and my technician, Casey, did an amazing job on my GX460. No issues with my KDSS after the lift and he even custom cut my side step trim to fit my rock sliders. This is the only place I would take my vehicle!
The guys out at the Overland Truck Store Garage are AMAZING! They went above and beyond for us making sure my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was trail ready! Casey really knows his stuff when it comes to Jeeps and was able to resolve my check engine light! GT and Logan were spectacular and their customer service was top notch! As a customer at the dealer location in Gorst and the Shop in navy yard city, every interaction with these guys has been outstanding. I purchased a Tacoma from them after some time searching the market for a very narrow window of year/make/model/features. Called the dealer ahead of time to verify the truck was still on site, showed up a half hour later, truck was ready up front for me to look at. Not very impressed. Seemed like they were only looking for the quick money. Requests to look for rubbing tires got ignored, bolts for the rim caps were missing, spare tire rim (no scratches) got mounted on the vehicle instead using a scratched up rim. Me and another customer got called in despite the vehicles not being done only to ask if I could come back the next day. You're better off at Aaron's Olympic 4x4 in Snohomish. They have an outstanding customer service and can also give you an offer within minutes.
