Fayetteville Overhead Door Company had a technician at my house at 9 a.m. the following morning. The broke spring was replaced with two new ones, adjustments made to the door opening and closing functions. The technician also lubricated the door rollers for me. The receptionist and the technician were very pleasant as well. I also want to mention that I received a text message informing me the technician had just departed. You cannot ask for better service than this!
