My mother has been sick and unable to get her mailbox key replaced. We’ve been bought out by 2 different management companies and each is worse, Bruh. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. She need her mailbox key and THATS IT! It’s super frustrating 😡

If I could give 1000 stars I would. The Property Manager Josie and the Owner of the The Overlook are extremely attentive. Josie goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is satisfactory for leasing a unit. The commenter Anony Mous I can ensure is lying. I've lived here 15mths and just renewed my lease for another 15 months. I've never seen roaches at this very clean and well maintained property this commenter obviously doesn't know what the term "infestation" is, which is why he probably isn't posting publicly.
