Fantastic smoked meats. Little hard to find, it's in the Marathon gas station. A few tables and counter service.
I was quite disappointed with the experience. Having frequented numerous smokehouses, I found the taste and texture of the meat to be subpar.
Food was excellent… the man working was great. He was BUSY but working alone… I can’t imagine how weak they would do If they had their own dine-in restaurant. The best food locally I’ve had in awhile!
First time trying highway gas station que. Pretty solid overall, I'm a fan of a peppery rub so that was a bit of a miss but doesn't take away from the overall. Sides we good, service was quick, definitely give it a shot of you're looking for a meat fix.
