I currently live here. Nice community and amenities but so many problems with charges every month. Was getting charged hundreds extra for fees I had already paid, getting charged multiple times for Rentistry credit. When I would call to get help I would be told it would get fixed only for me have to call again to have it ACTUALLY get fixed. Then I'd have to call AGAIN because I was still getting charged extra. Only to be hung up on. It's a joke how bad of a resident portal they have.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at the outpost. I subletted an apartment at the outpost for three months in the summer of 2025 while I was in Fort Collins, CO for an internship. My bedroom and bathroom was professionally cleaned before I arrived (and it truly was VERY clean). I was able to quickly get moved in and set up to the furnished apartment. Look, I'm gonna put this plain and simple. If you can stand to be charged $100+ every time you resign. and over $500+ just to move out or switch apartments. Go for it. But you can probably tell I'm fed up after three years. This last year, we moved in, and the couch was already broken- they refuse to acknowledge that. If you have a pet, it's a good location.
