Have loved living here the past year and can’t wait for next. There are a handful of things that have been on our list of things that have let us down. One being the house being in rough condition when handed the keys (spent 3-4 of move in day DEEP cleaning the house), from top to bottom (rooms and common space). Another is a handful of quick simple checks that could have been avoided before tenants moved in could’ve made our first few weeks more smooth ( checking smoke alarms battery’s, light bulbs, leaking/clogged sinks). ... read more
My experience started poorly here. It got better for a little while during the winter when everyone is gone and it's slower. But pool and hot tub have been closed since September. The wifi also has now gone down for multiple days during finals week in the fall and now midterms in the spring. Literally the most important weeks out of the year you would think student housing would prioritize having high network reliability.
