Our daughter lived in a 4 bedroom/4 bath unit at the Outpost in Waco, TX last year. The units were old and tired but were renovated over the summer while the girls were not living there. Our beef with the Outpost is how management treated us when the unit flooded (as in every room) due to a faulty washer the Outpost provided. Management not only told the girls the unit was habitable while they were literally sloshing through water in boots, but they then refused to reduce rent or pay for even a single night in a hotel despit... read more
I deeply regret living here. The management is greedy and does not care about residents. They are enforcing superficial renovations while ignoring significant maintenance issues, some of which are safety issues.
