My review is not based on the quality of their work. Rather, their hiring process. Some time ago, I applied for a position with Outloud. I immediately received a call from the owner, and we talked for some time. I then made myself available for additional interviews, I sat through online courses they required as part of the process, and then I was asked to prepare a presentation for them. I did that. Absolutely blown away by the OG team, quality of creators, and organization that came with building campaigns together. With OG's help, I was able to prove measurable traffic to our site, application volume, and converted accounts. I can't wait to work with them again.
