"URGENT" care is somewhat of a misnomer. 2+ hour wait for what seemed to be a relatively empty waiting room. Not clear what order patients were called...but not in order of checking in. Follow up with nursing staff also disappointing. Calling nursing line after visit required leaving a voice message with a recording stating "calls could be returned up to 48 to 72 hours"...not to quickly when one is in pain. Quickest and most efficient part of visit was checking in and giving payment information
