Nick’s been an awesome coach. Without his energy and the way he communicates, I’d probably still be finding excuses not to train. The classes are challenging but really well put together — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get into a solid routine.
The Outdoor Squad Camperdown is good fun. First it’ll be weird names for exercises like jumping jacks and then you’ll have war faces on, pushing your limits. I think this bootcamp is great. It’s never about let’s make sure you loose weight. It’s about let’s get strong and fit together and I definitely vibe with it. The music Nick plays is also pretty good and I can name most songs that have “jump” in the title now lol.
Nick is a character who can get the best out of u - highly recommended!
I really enjoy attending the different workouts every time! It's challenging but in great way. The atmosphere is perfect and really motivating:))
Thoroughly enjoy this fitness group. Good variety of quality workouts and great time options across the week. Venue is outdoors but suitable in most weather conditions. Diverse group of work out buddies... creating a nice vibe. Nick motivates you with a firm but laid back approach.
