Nick gives great fitness motivation. Instruction. And playlists. Just go. You’ll gsvrcfun and become addicted to the Saturday morning session. Even if Friday night was huge.
Outdoor training with Nick in Camperdown Park is excellent. His sessions are interesting, well-structured and always keep things engaging. The sunrise workouts are a real highlight — the park looks beautiful in the early light and it sets a great tone for the day. Highly recommend.

I’m not great at exercising alone, but training with the Outdoor Squad has been motivating and encouraging me to get moving in a safe and fun way. It’s a beautiful community with experienced trainers and varied workouts. My kids also love getting along to Nick’s youth program. Highly recommend
Visiting Sydney from Perth, Nick's class was a great way to start the day. Wish it was my local!
