In my experience this outfit lies more than it tells the truth. It ignores, ghosts, and treats its customers unbelievably poorly. It is evasive, dishonest, and has more excuses than any other vendor I’ve ever dealt with. You will recognize their lies because their lips will be moving. I love my elite Era and ethos bows. Needed a part replacement and had zero problem getting it sent. Awesome group. I can't wait to work with them this year at Mountain Archery Fest.

My mom passed away a week before Mother's Day and I wanted to make a memorial space in my dad's backyard for him for Father's Day. I emailed The Outdoor Group simply to see if there was someone who could answer a few questions so I could do the project myself. Cody responded immediately and offered to do it for free. After spending over $30,000 with Outdoor Group last year I had to contact Cody to replace a few trees under warranty that had died and to complete the tree pruning that was part of the fee Two arborvitae were replaced and a 8’ dead blue spruce was removed . Cody said that there were no growers with replacements in stock and he would replace it in the fall. He’s missed two previous dates and now Cody won’t respond at all. Crickets…. Very disappointing.
