Highly disappointed is and understatement!!! They had my husbands invoice in front of them and apparently didn’t check it . Just because the ammo came in another box . Doesn’t mean it was y’all’s to sell . I know y’all gave him another case of ammo in place of the one you shouldn’t have sold cause it wasn’t y’all’s to sell . This place needs to learn how to read and INVOICE!! So for anyone that has your order’s sent here I wouldn’t. HIGHLY PISSED OFF WIFE !!!

Ryan was a great help going through the differences between the Ravin R10 and it's chinese knockoff. Ultimately I saw the benefit in spending extra $$ to get what I would be happy with. It wasn't till I got home that I noticed the R10 was a 2019 model. Would have thought by late July they would be selling new models or offering a discount to move old inventory. I've yet to send a bolt down range if an exchange or discount can be offered. Tried to call the phone line to discuss, but rings direct to a full mailbox.
