PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING IN. I will list all of the things that made me write this 1 star review. I have been here since they have first opened 2 years ago back in December and was one of the first residents to move in. 1. The Otto has a bunch of hidden fees and lies right to your face. 2. They make you pay a $400 cleaning fee when you move in, this $400 is non refundable and meant for when you move out. Awesome new apt complex
I received an email from the Otto in February regarding my lease renewal in this email it stated that they must have written communication 2 full calendar months prior to moving out. They stated that this communication must be received by the 15th of the month, leading me to believe I need to be moved out of the property by the 15th. 2 months later I received my bill for rent at full price even though I would only be living there for half the month (per there request). Clean, well maintained apartments.
After living in apartments in Minneapolis for 15 years, I am so happy I made the move to the Otto and Waconia 8 months ago. Clean, quiet, great amenities, responsive property managers, a great place to call home.
