Clean, well maintained apartments.
After living in apartments in Minneapolis for 15 years, I am so happy I made the move to the Otto and Waconia 8 months ago. Clean, quiet, great amenities, responsive property managers, a great place to call home.
Beautiful apartments with bright open floor plans. Amenities we love like the coffee bar, patios and gym. Plus extras for our pets like the dog run and pet spa area. GREAT place to call home!
love this place me and my best friend moved in here and it's been great to us love the staff and people
Great location friendly fast maintenance. While most apartments I've lived in it takes forever to fix maintenance issues. Here Brian comes right out and takes care of the issue usually the same day for non critical repairs. Waconia schools bus to all of the schools from here so elementary kids can stay at 1 school if you are planning a move in a year or so.
