The Otter Guy Water Taxi service is HORRIBLE! Do not trust them and do not trust their hours of operation. I was told by one of the workers that they operated until 2am. I called them at 12:30 for almost an hour and reached out by email. At that point no response. I was stuck on the island with no food, no water, no tent, no shelter, no jacket, no nothing. It was a devastating night. I am traumatized now. Thanks a lot Otter guys!

I've spoken with Sean from thr Otter guy taxi. I was signed up to complete the SVOP course with their company. However, they didn't have enough people at the time to completely fill the course. As such, the two people I signed up requested a refund of their $600 dollar deposit and received the amount in full.
