This was not a pleasant experience, he did not listen to myself the customer/client he over priced and the work wasn’t what he showed us in the beginning. The prices and products and service kept changing and his manner was not good. I would not suggest going for his over priced packages and getting a second quote. Buyer beware. It’s taken me some time to come forward with this review but every time I walk outside I’m not happy.
I came to know Gavin and Adrian from my friend who used their services 6 years ago. My friend's house is in Kellyville and in Arnold Avenue. If you ever pass by this street you can see number 100 Arnold Avenue and you will see a great works left behind by Ecodesign. Adrian provided the design for our landscape and swimming pool working in close collaboration with our architects and the builders. Adrian and his team provided great detail in our landscape documentation for the whole of our property. We received very thorough garden planning, lighting design and design for our swimming pool. Adrian’s team was then contracted to deliver the construction and installation of all aspects for the pool, gardens and landscapes. Even though their website claims to do "gardening maintenance" and "projects of any size and budget" they refused to quote retaining walls that we needed replacing as well as a general face lift of our front garden. Not the best potential customer experience.
