Manager is horrible. Not sure were this dude came from. No customer skills at all. We go here 2 to 3 times a week. Poor service. & when you do complain about brown lettuce cold speggetti. Soggy pizza. You get yelled at and told sorry we cant make you happy lady? I choose my words carefully. But its just the facts. Service is horrible unless you get a new girl. They never last. Wonder why? Eat at home. Save yourselves 75 bucks.

The food was ok but I have never received such poor service. The 1st food hit the table after 2 hours, the rest of the food came out every few minutes over the next 30 minutes, and half of the orders were wrong. When we asked to speak to a manager she told us there was nothing she could do about the wait and the timing of the food and we shouldn't have come in on such a busy night. I made a reservation for the party/private room in Oct. or Nov. of 2010 for a graduation celebration in April 2011. I also called a month ahead and discussed the reservation. I stopped by the restaurant to check out the facility, about two weeks before our party date. And yet with all of this, The Other Place calls me at noon the DAY OF our party and tells me the room was already reserved for someone else. FISHY? I would say. Great place to hang out with friends and family. Must try the buffalo wing pizza!
