A couple of years ago I had a rep come over and measure my 1st floor. He said he would get back to me with an estimate to refinish it. Never did. Had an appointment at 2:30pm today 4/15/2025 for the same thing. No one ever showed up. No one called. No one texted. I will go with another local company that has the word "Lost" in their name. They gave me a reasonable estimate while they were here.
We first heard of the Other Guys Wood Floors at the Home and Garden Expo last year. When we were ready to schedule them to come and refinish our floors, they were easy to get ahold of and gave us a clear and accurate quote on what it would cost and what to expect when they came to our home. This week they came to work on our flooring, it took them one whole work day but our floors came out spectacular. The team at The Other Guys Wood Floors was amazing from start to finish! They were easy to contact and schedule a visit to inspect our floors. Then they provided a quick estimate. They were at our home when scheduled and very professional. They were able to get the damaged portions of the flooring fixed and refinished while we were out of town. We can't thank them enough for their work and look forward to working with them again soon.
