RESPONSIVE/CONCISE ATTENTION TO DETAILS Amazing company! Needed a repair service on a hardwood floor, first call was answered and next day repair was delivered! Nit only does this company provide top notch beautiful flooring, they are able to repair and fix any area issues that can occur on the floor. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at a company that can provide quality flooring, service and attention to detail!
Great bunch of people that work here. They can handle about any project involving quality wood work that you can dream up, and their customer service alone puts them way ahead of any competition. I highly recommend them, stop in and visit and you'll know for yourself.
A couple of years ago I had a rep come over and measure my 1st floor. He said he would get back to me with an estimate to refinish it. Never did. Had an appointment at 2:30pm today 4/15/2025 for the same thing. No one ever showed up. No one called. No one texted. I will go with another local company that has the word "Lost" in their name. They gave me a reasonable estimate while they were here.
