I would high recommend these Other Guys. Very knowledgeable, transparent and answered all my questions. Went over and beyond to find out the cause of the initial complaint I had and corrected a few things along the way which I did not know needed addressing. Will definitely be my go to from now on.
Aundre has been my go to for many years. They have 100% of my trust as I know I'm in the best hands, when I drop of my vehicles to be looked at, and/or fixed. Chantel is a beautiful soul, so kind, so friendly and knowledgeable, and Aundre listens to me, gives great advice, and eases my anxiety when I'm stressed about noises, and such. I couldn't be any more grateful for Aundre, and his amazing team!
The absolute best shop I’ve ever been to. They’ve squeezed me in when they’re busy and I’m in a jam, they’ve done the work exactly as quoted every time, if not for less a couple of times because something wasn’t necessary, always super pleasant to deal with. I was charged $89.40 for a pre-inspection on my car, just to be told I needed front brakes and a strut. I called a couple of other local shops afterward, and they all said they charge around $33 for a pre-inspection, similar price as a NS safety inspection. Paying nearly $90 for a basic assessment felt excessive, especially when no work was actually done.
