I have now had my second session with Kate and oh my goodness, let me tell you how amazing I feel. The intense neck and back pain I have is immediately decreased with each session. Kate is so gentle, easy going, fun to talk to and gave me answers to why I have been feeling this way. She is the BEST! I cannot recommend her enough. I would give 100 stars if I could. The results I've had speak for themselves.
