I had a great experience at The Osteo Clinic in Sandringham for an appointment that helped me focus on post-op leg stability and strength. Kristen was excellent, asking me the right questions, listening and adapting her approach. I walked out of there feeling better and I have a plan to follow, which is exactly what I need.
I've been going to the Osteo Clinic on and off for years. I've seen a few practitioners now (mainly Eliza), all who have been fantastic and thorough. My dad also sees Eliza and can't speak highly enough! Highly recommend!
A team of highly experienced, knowledgeable and genuinely caring practitioners. My whole family has benefitted from the care and expertise of the whole team at the osteo clinic. Particular mention to Eliza who has made a huge difference to the recovery of multiple injuries and wear and tear issues in our family (adults, teens and small kids), she truly has the magic touch! Highly recommend!
Amara who does the Pilates is amazing
Fantastic, I saw Eliza for evaluation and treatment of a very stiff and sore upper back & neck. The evaluation was very thorough followed by some deep massage and stretches… it worked a treat and I will definitely visit again when required. Thank you
