My wife and I have been seeing Chris for 4 years and counting. He a very knowledgeable Osteo and he will teach and show you several exercises that will help with your issue. My wife had T3, T4 and T5 bulging discs during 2022. Took many sessions with physio and MRI and ultrasound. However nothing seems to work. I’ve been seeing Chris for ongoing back issues from cricket injuries, as well as headaches that have been caused from my neck, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
