After living at Osprey Community, I cannot recommend this complex to anyone. Management is completely unresponsive, emails go unanswered and promises are never kept no matter how many times you remind them. They are disrespectful and show no concern for residents' quality of life. Franklin, the maintenance person, is equally unprofessional and rude.
