I put in a complaint to check my a/c at like 3am one night and Franklin came bright and early in the morning to check on it. He fixed the problem right away and he was also very nice and friendly! Thank you Franklin!!

The Osprey is a great place to reside. Maintenance is really good and the people in the leasing office are really nice and very helpful.
It was time to get my son his first apartment. I was so skeptical, I didn’t think I’d find anything he liked. I applied to several properties and got disheartened by the post-covid “nobody wants to do any work” attitudes. Then I pulled up to The Osprey on Commercial just east of University in Tamarac.
