⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Osprey Apartments deserves five stars! A special shout-out to Althea and Destiny for their kindness, professionalism, and welcoming attitude. They make such a positive difference and deserve recognition for the care they bring to their work. Great customer service makes a place feel like home, and these two are a wonderful example of that. Thank you, Althea and Destiny, for making Osprey Apartments stand out! Highly recommend!
Have been living at the Osprey for the past two years, normally i don’t recommend or write reviews. But this my honest opinion, if you’re renting and you’re looking for a community that truly cares. The Osprey is the place. The management team and staff. Truly cares about there residents. They make you feel welcome, they listen to your concerns. And they work on solving the issue. The neighbors are very kind and friendly. The community is nicely kept. No one bothered your packages when delivered. This place super exceeds my ... read more
I moved into this community in August 2026, and so far, I’ve had a wonderful experience. From the leasing process to move-in, everything was quick, easy, and smooth. The ladies in the management office are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to resolve any issues. I also want to give a special shout-out to Franklin from the maintenance team. He has been absolutely wonderful! I’m someone who really loves and takes pride in my home, so I’m always trying to fix or improve little things myself. Sometimes, though, my D... read more
I highly recommend Franklin for any maintenance or repair needs! He is always very quick, professional, and knowledgeable. Franklin knows exactly what he’s doing and gets the job done right the first time. I’ve never had any issues with his repairs, and I really appreciate how reliable and efficient he is. Great maintenance man and definitely an asset to the team!
I put in a complaint to check my a/c at like 3am one night and Franklin came bright and early in the morning to check on it. He fixed the problem right away and he was also very nice and friendly! Thank you Franklin!!
