We recently moved in and our experience has been quite pleasant. Nothing will ever be perfect at an apartment complex but so far the staff has been very accommodating, helpful and responsive. I had scheduled an appointment to view a 1x1 unit for a Saturday showing. The weather had been raining off and on and upon arrival the leasing agent told me immediately, before even allowing me to sit down, she could not show me any units due to the weather. She proceeded to explain the layout, gave me a folder of information, and told me to just look at the 3D tour online in place of the in-person tour.
