My experience with Property Manager Althea was truly pleasant from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This is just ridiculous!! I put in a maintenance request since March 3rd around 10pm for my bathroom being flooded (this is the second time this happened). From what I know the office opens at 8:30am according to the website but yet no one came to check my bathroom Wednesday morning until I had to call the office at 12:10pm asking when someone is going to come and check it out. Which then 2 maintenance men came and looked at it for 5 minutes and said someone will come and fix it. That guy didn't end up coming until after 3pm... read more
Althea Thompson the property manager is truly amazing. She exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Wonderful customer service, very patient, and truly just a wonderful person. 5 starsssss!!!!
